Hi, I’m Joanna Chrysomalli — a passionate Pilates instructor, proud mum of two, and a firm believer in the power of movement to transform both body and mind.
Originally from beautiful Greece, I’ve been living in East London since 2012, where I’ve built a life with my family and a strong community of people who inspire me every day.
My journey into fitness started as a personal passion, but it quickly became something more — a calling to help others feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies.
I hold a Level 3 Mat Pilates Certificate here in the UK, and I’m committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for everyone, whether you’re brand new to Pilates or already on your own movement journey.
For me, Pilates is more than just exercise. It’s about finding balance, building strength from within, and discovering what your body is truly capable of.
My goal is to share that with you — to guide, encourage, and help you feel great in your body, one session at a time.
